Just ridiculous and unbelievable
I rung tesco mobile today to get my contract and my wife’s contract changes from two separate ones to one contract they told me that this was not possible unless I cancelled both contracts and requested both pac codes and the started again with a New contact for both phone and in the mean time I would be on a temporary contact and paying for three contracts while they sorted it out. What a carry on just ridiculous

Went into my local tesco for a phone for my father who is not good with technology ,staff were brilliant great product no pushy sales pitch, got the best deal and great phone and brilliant price overall would highly recommend 10.00 minutes phone was up and running, Byrony your a star

Disgusting customer care!!
The instore staff were great and very helpful. The call centre absolutely shocking!! After purchasing my new phone, I was told it may take up to 24 hours for everything to be switched over from my old supplier. After a few days, I still hadn't any mobile data, I got told off the call centre there was a problem with the phone masts in the area, so to call back in a few days if not resolved, A few days later I called back and was told the same thing, after the third time of being told utter lies I asked if I could make a complaint as I still couldn't use my mobile data. I was told a manager would contact me, Nope, no call. Another few days I called back, and the lady said it was nothing to do with the masts, it was to do with a problem from transferring from a different supplier, and a few customers have had the same problem. Getting more frustrated, a few more days later, almost 3 weeks after purchasing my phone and getting only intermittent mobile data and constantly having to re start my phone, I called back the customer services. Oh my word! I spoke to a lad call Ben, he was so abnoxious. He kept saying there was nothing they could do, just call back in 24 hours to see if it had been fixed, Then when I asked to speak to a member of management, all he kept saying was, he wouldn't put me through to anybody as they would only tell me the same thing, I repeatedly kept asking to speak to someone, and he kept refusing to put me through to anybody! Eventually he said he could escalate it and get someone to call be back, let's just say... I'm still waiting, After that phone call, I went straight down to my local store, where they promptly got onto the web chat and helped me, she could tell I had hardly used any of my mobile data, then decided to try her sim card in mine, and it worked!! So I got a new sim card sorted! Although I had to wait another 24 hours for it to work. Tesco, your customer service is absolutely crap!!!! It took almost a month to sort my phone out!! And still no call back from your customer care team!!
